Adidas x FARM Rio is a partnership of more than 8 years, and for almost 4 of them I have been its manager. I'm the main contact Adidas has at FARM Rio: I supervise all product development processes with the in-house creative team of apparel designers, print designers and fashion coordinators, while exchanging information and updates with the cross functional team at Adidas. I also align brand and business strategies with the main managers and directors of both brands, leading important meetings and participating on contract negotiations. In addition, I oversee the communications team on the creation of key visual guidelines which are used to define brand directions for campaigns and marketing assets as well as activations.

Each collection is new a challenge due to commercial expectations of the markets globally, but with my management: the collab got bigger in size, the workflow is more efficient and smooth for the teams involved, the deadlines are reached on time and season after season the final result is stronger for both brands. On top of that, the two companies have already sold together millions of pieces in more than 130 countries and I gained priceless knowledge by working closely with a global business.
